Revolution Performance Motorsports Revolution Performance Manufacturing (RPM) was started by three Mazda 6 enthusiasts in early 2004 under a simple premise: to develop and manufacture new products for the Mazda 6 at an affordable price. | ![]() ![]() ![]() It's kind of hard to get a good sense of perspective in pictures, but like Mattyhawk said, you still have a plastic ring on the bottom of your tophat that needs to come off. There should be another race under that (I think, it would be slightly smaller diameter than the one you posted if I'm thinking correctly), which is what you keep. The light gray ring that GC sent mates to that. Honestly I don't remember doing this way back when I did mine, maybe they altered the assembly. I just recall ripping everything off the tophat and slapping it on top of all the shit in the kit.
