GI: CP-E 3" Cat-back for Mazdaspeed 6, single-exit, offroad (no resonator/muffler)

Would anyone be seriously interested (as in, would definitely purchase within 1-2 weeks) in a CP-E 3" Cat-back for the Mazdaspeed 6, single-exit, offroad (no resonator/muffler) if $200 was knocked off our retail price of $588.05?

If so, we may be able to make this happen. I just need to know if the interest is there. If you think $388.05 would still be too much, feel free to make comments about what you'd be willing to pay, though I can't promise I can get it lower.

Some have mentioned wanting a muffler in a different thread. If we included a muffler, but just not welded in, would that entice anyone to jump on this?

It's the muffler that CP-E offers as an option, which is a 12" oval muffler, if I recall correctly.

I'll have to find out the price tomorrow. We're trying to clear out the exhaust systems, not just the mufflers. But we can definitely get you one.

Speaking of exhausts I just installed a catless dp and single exit cat back no res or muff. On my ms6 along with the aftermarket turbo manifold all from cpe and its insanely fuckin loud. I personaly don't like how it sounds I knew it was going to be loud but now this badd! Its to high pitched and sounds kind of ricey. I want it a little quiter and a deeper sound from it. I was thinking of just welding in a muffler or would a resonator also be needed to give me the sound I'm looking for or is the muffler enough?? Any tips guys..thanks for the input!!

The muffler will give you the deep sound and quiet it down a bit. I would do that first, and if it's still too loud, add the resonator. The resonator won't really change the sound too much, it will just quiet it down even more.

I tried checking you're website first, but is this 12 inch muffler CP-E's usual straight through design or is it a chambered muffler? Sorry for all the question just trying to get a better idea of what I'm about to buy so I know what else I'm going to need to customize/quiet it down some. I already know it's going to be stupid loud even with that one muffler, but this deal is too amazing to pass up!

Okay, here's the final official deal for this group buy:

CP-E 3" Single-Exit Cat-Back Exhaust --
- straight pipe: $340
- with muffler, not welded in: $375
- with resonator, not welded in: $365
- with muffler and resonator, not welded in: $420

Muffler and resonator are the exact same units that CP-E normally welds in. They're just not welded in.

The limit is 5 and all 5 must go to make this happen. If you want in, I need you to PM me stating so. First come, first served.

"Lame" it may be, but it's an additional muffler, and the car was designed to have dual-exit exhausts. With a single, it looks silly (yes, I realize that's an M247-esque comment, but it's also true).

Haha I was just messing with ya, I totally would prefer a dual-exit, but for the function and price I just can't pass this deal up, I totally understand why you want duals though! I just won't look to close when I'm looking at the back of the car haha.

Lol No one will ever know that there isn't a second pipe. I would normally be the same way, but this is by far the best deal you will ever get on a catback for this car. This price is right there with the MS3 CNT catback, which is the cheapest around as far as I know.

Let's agree to disagree. I've got friends who would notice, and I would notice. Moreover, I kind of like the sleeper-status of my car at the moment. Ergo, if I get an exhaust, I don't want it to be loud as fuck, just sexy with a deeper tone and a bit more of that warble that our engine can make.
