Default Mazda OEM Clutch Kit at EdgeAutosport!

Lets face it. The Mazdaspeed 3 and 6 were blessed from the factory with a pretty decent clutch. While it does depend on what you do with it and how you drive on it, in most cases the OEM Clutch will hold some pretty decent power and torque and last a decently long time. And there are a lot of people on higher mileage Mazdaspeeds that are wearing out their clutch more from time than power and don't really want to pay close to $1k for an upgraded clutch that will hold crazy amounts of power that they don't have or want. So the solution is simple. Just get another factory clutch. We get calls, emails, and PM's all the time asking what parts are needed when replacing the factory clutch so we decided to make it simple and create a Mazda OEM Clutch Kit for the MS3/MS6.

The kit includes the following:

Mazda OEM Pressure Plate
Mazda OEM Clutch Disc
Mazda OEM Release Bearing (throwout bearing)
Mazda OEM Pilot Bearing
Mazda OEM Flywheel Bolt x6

And you have an option to add the OEM Flywheel or the Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel (recommended to save cost). You may also want to add in the ACT Alignment Tool to help with the install.

The kit starts at $423.36 for just the clutch.

Click HERE to purchase from our website.

I hope this makes it easier on some of you guys who are just looking to replace your factory clutch!

I've talked to a few people this week that needed a clutch but were not making the power or wanting spend the money needed for an upgraded ACT or spec clutch. That's where this guy comes in. The OEM clutch is perfectly capable of holding some decent power. And not everyone needs an ACT 6 puck or a Spec Stage 3 clutch...

It is going to be a little bit louder than the factory flywheel but it shouldn't be too bad.

I'm not familiar with the LUK clutch kit other than what I've seen on ebay.

I noticed owhen i was on the highway tosay...i dropped the car back to 5th and noticed once in higher rpm it felt like the clutch was slipping then into 6th and the samething happened, i'm assuming its the clutch starting to go. If thats the case would i actually need the complete kit or would just the clutch be enough?

SOrry if thats a general question.

As long as your flywheel is in good condition, you will probably be ok just replacing the clutch disk and pressure plate.
