Default Transmission, Transfer Case, Rear Diff Oil

I'm about to hit 90k miles soon on my MS6 and I'm not sure if previous owners have done it so I'm wanting to change fluids on the transmission at least, and maybe the transfer case and rear differential. I've looked through the how-to's and what not but had a few remaining questions. Do they all take different oil, and how much each? I'm going to use either motorcraft or Mt-90 gear oil for the tranny. Is it recommended that I also do the transfer case and rear end or just tranny and transfer case or what? Thanks

oops..can someone move this to the 6 forum
