New Intake Manifold for Mazdaspeed 6

Currently I am in negotiations with Weapon R Precision to design a new intake manifold for the Gen1 Mazdaspeed 6/3 vehicles. How many of you would be interested in learning more about it and purchasing one. As of now, a test fit with minor fabrication is being worked on. If it works, I would like to know how many of you would consider buying one so I can give the marketing and manufacturing team a hypothetical number to grease the wheels. It would create a new product for us since there is almost no one manufacturing a intake manifold for any of the mazdaspeed vehicles.

Weapon-r is junk. POS company makes nothing but sh!t. If you want to risk your car be my guest. Check out weapon-r's website all their intake mani's look the same, in other words they use no r&d just throw something together and sell it with hardly any thought

I think it boils to performance and build quality......Will this add more power with a higher flow rate than the stock IM..and how is the build quality. If you can achieve these 2 factors with a positive grade,then im sure you would be able to sell them quite easily.

You see.....us people=mazdaspeed community..we value companies who go out of there way and try to build us great quality products that perform. We dont get the attention like the honda-acura world or the evo-sti world.....so we try to take what we can get, but getting products of high quality are always in demand.

i gotta see the final. my uhh friend got a weapon r intake for his scion tc s/c and it is ass. the pieces dont even line up for the welds right. and i have a weapon r header on my se-r and the weld is so big that one of the stud washers wont fit and the bolt rubs the shit outta it. not a huge fan of there "quality"
