did you change the dp and cbe? if dp. you will get smoke here and there. my car has smoked like three times but it stops after a couple secs or mins. but mine hasnt smoked in a while. plus the oil is burning off the new piping from the cbe which causes white smoke.

so combine them. and they are both producing smoke. it will stop. dont worry. and remember, the exhaust will sound different as it continues to break in. so i doubt you have gotten to the final sound

AWE internals look like win. they reuse the oem piston button rathter than the two clips and piston sleeve design

im going AWE for sure

just to let you guy know we will be making a adapter that (optional) will allow our downpipe to be matted with OEM exhaust and any exhaust that accept a OEM type O gasket.

I just measures my OEM testpipe's to CBE gasket.

Inside diameter: 2.5''
outside diameter: 3.25"

Not sure if this will help ya though because this has already been stretched and pressed into position. As long as the donut gasket you use fits around the 2.5" lip on your downpipe, it shouldn't have any issues conecting to stock style CBE.

Do you need any more measurements or pictures with me holding a tape measure to it? Let me know if ya need anything.

If this downpipe uses the same flange as the cobb dp and cpe dp, which it looks like it does, then it will. the mazdaspeeds use the 3" with wide bolt holes.

the flange is the same as COBB but the outlet is 3 inch so you can't use OEM O gasket

Thank Jay for you order, our CNT Racing downpipe has a 3 inch outlet but the flange we use is really large same size as Cobb but with wider bolt holes.
