(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Anybody using the CorkSport Intake? I'm trying to decide which to go with. The Cobb or the CorkSport. The CS comes with the intake tube while the others doesn't. The Cobb has been breaking the mounting tab on the battery tray. Maybe they all are, still collecting info. Thanx |

| Not Ranked : 0 score I have the CS intake and love it. I used to have the cobb but sold it and now im using this product. I have no complaints with it and I did feel a difference between the two which is most likely from the upgraded turbo inlet pipe. The stock one is shit. |

| Not Ranked : 0 score The corksport inlet/intake is a quality piece for the price. I can get you a great deal on one too.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I made the switch from the MS CAI to the CS SRI/TIP. It's a quality system, for a reasonable price, like others have suggested. It also works well with my AP OTS map, after a little bit of tweaking. Otherwise, this system causes some whacked out fuel trims.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Did it cause whacked out fuel trims because of the AP or without the AP? Does it not come with an airflow straightener?

Even w/o EMS, the altered fuel trims are still within a margin Corksport deems, "safe." I was just throwing that out there. It does not come w/ a straightener.

I use the Corksport SRI and run Stage 2 + SF 93 oct. v103 and I don't have "funky" fuel trims. Also, I've never had a CEL prior to the AP or now.

I had Stage2 93 v101p +TMIC tweaked by Christian at the Cobb Plano satellite, on the dyno. I now see very close to 0, at all times. I never said it was impossible to run both an AP map and the CS SRI together. I was merely suggesting to take the potential "quirks" into consideration.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Corksport is great product and since it replaces the inlet, you really can't beat the deal.
