I think Kingpin has a DP available and he is local so there won't be any shipping. What I need aside from that is a blown stock turbo to get the positions right. Once I have that I can make downpipes for any turbo and also build in the wastegate pipe so it will be a complete upgrade kit.

Ah, but kingpin has an MS3. I have an MS6. They have totally different DPs.

Forgot about that! Well the pipe would be good. Then all I need is a turbo. If all goes well I can set up the whole thing for you to bolt on to your car.

They only do the plug-in test here. If you don't throw any codes and they can 'see' a cat, then you're good to go. Factory heat sheild off cat, remounted over the flex section in the cpe dp looks so close to stock it's not even funny, lol. I never got any codes when I was running the dp with my home-brew exhaust, but once I got the corksport I started getting the 'slow responce' code for bank 2. So I borrowed my buddy's MAC TOOLS diagnostic thingy and cleared everything at a stoplight on the way there. Car even smoked like a mofo when they pulled it in the garage, ROFLMFAO! I couldn't fucking believe they passed it! It took everything I had in me not to bust out laughing at the dude's face when he handed me my keys, lol!

I'm sending him the oem dp.

Leen, do you want the second cat as well? I was hoping you'd make it a shorty dp so I can put the second cat back in for my next inspection, and use this test pipe to tone down the drone.

I'll send you the second cat if you want it though (without the heat shields )

Just send me whatever you think I need and I'll build it the way you want it. Shorty or whatever. Could you take a pic of them all bolted together so I can see how they are arranged before they arrive?

It has stock location for the turbo on the interchangable flange version so yes it will bolt straight up. The T3 only version I made for Darksun280 holds the turbo in a different angle + higher but the turbine outlet stays in virtually the same spot so anyone with Vband outlet can probably use their existing downpipe. Someone will have to try it first to be sure though.

Your manifold has T3/stock in stock turbo location. Darksun280 has the angled version with T3 flange only. Yes got the payment, thanks!

They are pretty much available right now. I have some almost finished and I have in house ceramic coating sorted now. I'm actually applying 2 coatings. First I'm applying "NIC Piston coat" to keep the heat in and then I'm applying the colored ceramic top coat for looks + additional heat protection.

Damn, I'm excited now. What is the pricing again? I've read a few prices now. I want one for my MS6, stock turbo flange, but id also like the T3 flange as well.

P.S. - For a BW S258 or S366 turbo...would a 38mm EWG be sufficient? Or would a 44mm be better?

I'm going to be charging $625 for the manifolds and will include 1 flange with the interchangable style manifolds. Additional flanges are $40. If you are going to go with a much bigger turbo Like a BW I suggest you go with the same style as Darksun280 which has just a T3 flange but places the turbo in a better position to make more room.

Once I have a stock turbo I can start setting up and building a variety of down pipes so you can just bolt it all on without having to custom fab stuff.

OK, so get a T3 flanged mani and your stock adapter then? I won't be going with the bigger turbo until this summer at the absolute earliest.

I don't think that will work. From what it sounds like he's saying is the t3 manifold angles the turbo so if you got that one and put a stock flange on, it would make the stock turbo sit in a non-stock position which is gonna mess things up.

you kind of have to make the choice now, if you defintely going big turbo i would do the same style as darksuns which angles it, but you cant use it with your stock turbo so you might as well do the mani, gate and turbo at the same time

Just to be clear and please correct me if I'm wrong, the standard features of the manifold are :

1. Stock interchangable turbo flange;
2. 38mm EWG flange;
3. EGT bung;
3. Silver powdercoat.

What about the screamer pipe??

Good deal then. Perhaps I'll wait until you get a whole kit together for the MS6. Mani w/ Tial EWG (I'd like 44mm but I can port the EWG flange if need be I suppose) and downpipe. And probably at least an inlet pipe. God this summer is gonna be a fun one.....

I have 7 which aren't spoken for right now. I am leaving them unfinished so I can do them to customer requirements with regard to turbo and wastegate flanges. Once ordered I can get one finished in about a week.

I am pricing it low because the exchange rate between USD/CAD is 80 cents right now. If it goes back to par the price will be closer to $725.

That's what I am doing unless otherwise requested. If you haven't got a wastegate yet the V band 38mm is probably your best bet. If you have one already I can weld on whatever flange you require to suit.
