Yes you need the spring compressor to take off and install the stock upper mount.

We didn't need a spring compressor when uninstalling stock/installing H&R coils on my car.

Somebody know the inner diameter of the rear coil for this H&R Coilover kit for our SPEED3 ?

Is it the same as oem ...

When we put the H&R Coilover at the max in height ... will it be as high as stock suspension ???

Mine are at max height. I have not measured, but I would estimate a 30mm drop from OEM height.

Hey Guy's I'm trying to install these coilovers on my 08 speed 3 but the front OEM end link appears to be to short. The car they came off of used OEM not sure what is going on any help would be much appreciated.
