Almost had another 12 second one. Run on starspecs 235/40/17 @ 28psi any lower and the added traction resulted in wheelhop. Same HW setup as before with a few tune tweaks.

And a 13.84 at 108.4mph

I don't have 60ft times. But I remember them being about 2.3 - 2.4

First time out at the strip this season I am right lane, buddy with his STS turbo 350z in left lane. Hes pushing 430whp. Me, Who fucking knows. But I beat him with that badass reaction time. This was not my fastest ET I ran a 13.5 but I cant find the damn timeslip now, but whatever this will work, Fastest Trap was 110 in another run that i ran a 13.7 I cannot launch any harder than about 1500 without getting wheelhop even with feathering the clutch/ throttle. I hope slicks wont hop like that. Yes they are on order right now.

Back to the track last night. Seems my ET's have not improved much if at all. However my trap speeds are getting better. Track I go to has been completely swamped every time I have gone so hard to get consistent. Although I ran two almost identical runs last night.

I need slicks bad. This is on stock dunlops with wider wheels this time. No ffs or lc, just taking it easy off the line, obvious by my 60ft times.

Opening day at the track was full of fail. Not much track prep and a head wind.

13.53@102; 2.10 60'

We're only on revision 3 of my tune. I had LC set at 3500. I was on my 255 MT ET Streets @ 15psi. I really need to get the JBR sidemounts.


I'm car #1110, oh and somehow there was an error with the timing lights on one of my runs. See the 2nd slip....I fucking wish!!!

Raptorous_G4 - 1.864, 8.202 @ 86.16, 12.62@107.92 (I,DP,CDFP,EMS,MM,S,) (700' ASL)




Day started off bad.. traction control or SWAS kicked on and car limped to a 20.53@55 then I unplugged the swas and tried again BAM 13.2@110 I was damned impressed granted I am on STOCK TIRES at the wear bars (35 PSI)! Full interior spare in trunk. Ive made over 500 passes in my VW and drag DSM and this thing was a chore to get the launch right. Tried 2step and made things worse so I went back to the basics and slipped clutch at 2800 rpm VIOLA felt great when I grabbed the slip from the track tech I could not believe the 60 FT and ET he was like holy shit that's the grace of the launch gods. True testament of practice and feeling what the car wants to do. No FMIC or E85 on these slips.

Well track prep was shit someone blew coolant all the way down the track!!!! Mother fuck terrible 60ft and BAT's were in the 130s because of the wait and what not. Still not bad. The Mrs. Ran the car because she's a beast haha

Almost broke into the 12's this afternoon. Lowered the MT ET Streets down to 9 psi. I did 15 sec 2nd gear burnouts, no LC or FFS. I don't exactly remember what I was launching at, but at least I'm close to hitting 12's. I'm the right lane on both of these slips car 1110.

mswierse - 2.21, 8.36@81.96, 13.58@106 (I, RMM, CDFP, EMS)

This was the second time I was at a track in my life... first with the MS3. Temps were high 85-88 and humid. BAT was 150F.

Well bats still 100+ but she did good tonight. Lowest trap was 107. Trapped 109 twice it has 110-111 in it if it was cooler

Well these slips were from Island Raceway, my ET's were fail but pulled a stupid 60' of 1.585 then proceeded to fail with the rest of the run. Someone told me it may be a MSF record 60'. BTW I was car 0842.

I was put in the line up with the big boys, slicks,wheelie bars and parachutes, thus the .574 60'

Found the time to add to the thread. Went back after this run and couldnt get a good start. Went home to find the cpe 60 duro rubber cracked. Replaced with a JBR 70 duro.

Now hanging to get back to the track. I have found if weather is to cold I am unable to get a good start. Street tires are used. Currently on Michellin Super Pilot Sport. 14.1 was done on 28K OEM Dunlops. (DP, IC, EMS, HPFP, MM, IN)

U12.8@ 107: 1.910 60' 8.271 1/8 @85
Tires at 18psi , 7 sec burnout. Rear tires set to 42psi. Launch at 2750, short shift to 2nd, ffs 3-4. Tune running 22psi to ~5k rpm, tapering to 18 by redline. Shifting about 6300
Last posted time of 12.9@110 incorrect. Didnt have the time slip in NJ and just wrote it to the best of my knowlege.
