So here is a new tip for all those who face the problem of blown OEM injector seals and don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on OEM or some reinforced seals, there's a solution: The Toyota diesel injector seals. These seals come for every diesel Toyota engine and are proven to be of good quality. These seals have been tested for more than a year on a number of modified Mazda 2.3 DISI Turbo engines, with different power level (from stock to 400hp) running on awful Russian fuel. None of the seals failed so far. Installation does not require any machining or trimming. They fit perfectly. Now, the price. It is USD 7.8 per kit. USD 1.9 each. P/N: 11177-64010 Enjoy. UPDATE: See the pic attached. There is a comparison of OEM Mazda seals (left) and Toyota diesel seals (right). Mazda seals have rubber-like coating, Toyota seals do look like they are made of brass alloy. Surely they do not look as beefy as CP-E seals, but they are proven to be working on a number of modified cars. Two of them are 370hp and 405hp. Different alloys have different properties and as you know diesel engines have extreme pressure spikes in the cam. Still it would actually be useful to find out the limit of these seals' tolerance on Mazda DISI engines.
