(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Ms protege 2003.5 tuning Ok so I bought a 2003.5 protege, just bolt ons added to it (front mount intercooler intake and exhaust). I bought the car and at the end of every gear it would sputter and bog out, I figured Tps sensor so I replaced it and that fixed that problem. Also replaced fuel pressure regulator and map sensor. Now basically at the end of every gear past 1st gear the car hesitates. It will get to about 4k smoothly then jump up and down then go to about 6k. I figure It has to be because of the stock tune with the bigger piping but I'm not sure so does anyone think they have an idea of what the problem could be? |

| Not Ranked : 0 score I have the same prob i ran a computer to it got codes back for a 02 sensor an fuel regulator. Changed the 02. Still have the same problem, pretty sure i need to be flashed an need nice tunes but i have no idea where to get Tunes from, in CT or what garage is good around here in my area. |

| Not Ranked : 0 score Sounds like the factory tune "stutter". Take the car to the dealership and see if the ecu has been upgraded to the newest version. If they haven't flashed it yet, then get it done. While it won't cure the issue completely, it'll make it less noticable. tappa...
