2010 TMIC Design Update

We are finished with the design process. We are having a few of these new shrouds lazer cut and will be offering these with the next batch.

I will make another update when we are able to accept units that have been sold to be modified.



Please don't email me asking when we will be able to modify the previously sold ones. I will make a post on our blog and in this forum when that time has arrived.

If the OEM duct gasket is resting on slightly on the core of the TMIC, and the new shroud is designed to let the gasket rest on it instead.....

There is little to no support or news on this TMIC. I am getting pretty pissed off actually.

Look at CS TMIC thread. One of their employees is basically living in the thread and keeping them posted with everything that is going on!

Where the fuck is Cp-e with the updated info? I would at least like a fucking update once a week - is that too much to ask?? Support your products.

We will announce any updates as soon as we have them.

We dont "live" on the forums. We work day in and day out on our projects and manufacturing, trying to expand out products and support for the platform.
75% of our budgeting is directed towards the Mazdaspeed platform so dont come to us with a foul mouth saying we dont support anything.

My apologies, but most of the forum banter is just that.. banter... and we cannot afford to just talk all day. Living on forums is definitely not an option. But develop new products and expand the DISI MZR stuff we can.







We have prototyped a new shroud for those worrying about rubbing.

Factory plastic shroud presses against the same rubber liner just fine and most definitely rubs as well.

We are awaiting cores for the top mount and have the laser cut shrouds on order as well. Will post further updates when we have them.
