(pack rat style) and he said he would forward it to the right people. what ever that outcome will be is still undetermined. here is the email he sent Austin (austin102085), Can you please provide an original invoice for your purchase? Thank you Sincerely, Chris Connor (fuck tard) and yes thats how the email come to me.... i didnt edit that last part so who knows what he would have said it i told him i didnt have the original receipt......

Their lifetime warranty has already been debated many times all of which show CPe is going down...slowly maybe but going down. Other companies have stepped up their game or come into the game and been able provide service and support and maintain that, CPe not so much. I guess that's what happens when you have overpriced product and try to screw your customers with your bullshit support. Also...fuck Josh.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score ^^^they are^^^^ When you say "trying" to work with the op... it sounds like u are trying and im not accepting it. i have sent chris and the other person he told me to email with out response today...... if you can get on msf and read my rants you can email me back. i have been very civil, polite and professional in my emails and use the forums to rant. dont use what i say on here as "ammo" for emails sent to me. that is very unprofessional..... thats the great thing about being a customer.... i can be a dick. but you shouldnt in return. ![]() EDIT: after this post i did receive an email stating that a plan is in the works to solve this issue. Cpe was under the impression not many people had the flashes still and that prolly is the main reason the support went down the toilet... since this post they realize that people do have the flashes and a solution is in the works.... It is not 110% solution and may not work but they are willing to work with me to come up with something. I am not a liberty to say upfront the details of the solution but it seems legit and hopefully we can make it work and get something set in stone for others with the same issue as i have. They are willing to cover the cost of this attempt to reflash the ecu. I would like to thank all the members of MSF that came to my aid and got this out in the light and got a solution in the works. That is the best thing about this forum vs. say 247. We are a community of enthusiast that strive to make the platform better. and when people get behind you things will happen. I prolly couldn’t have got cpe to get in gear this fast on my own so i truily do thank each and every one. (i duno how to tag folks) @Haltech;, @Steve@VersaTune;, @Raider;, @06Speed6; and whoever else I will keep this up to date and continue the bashing latter if this attempt fails hahaha

Does it seem like I have the CPe hateraide, I do.. after having to deal with them with my exhaust on my gen1 and my RMM on my gen1. And the fact that they only choose to answer certain questions...fuck that shit. CPe isn't what they once were.
