| Not Ranked : 0 score Just pulled out my CP-E DP while doing the Bug Turbo install. Cracked at the weld at the flange and some dipshit welded the O2 bung of center of the hole drilled in the pipe. Pretty pissed cause I'm not the original owner so no warranty Tappin'

If the OP had first contacted CP-e and been taken care of, this thread may have been titled "awesome customer service" rather than disappointed with the DP. (sidekick I am not bashing what you did at all). Depending on whether we decide to bitch about it on MSF or contact them directly very strongly determines how their image is seen. As humans, we tend to bash more than we make threads about the good things we experienced. I was the OP of the SURE halos thread so I understand this concept very well, now. However, in that case, I had proof that all halos were failing so I made the thread for the community to know and remove their leaking seals, not bash SURE. The way SURE handled it determined their fate. OP, I am glad that CP-e took care of you.

Take 5-10 minutes of your time and call them. It's not hard.

People don't take to kindly to me making personal calls on work hours. Regardless, as a business, I shouldn't have to call to get an answer to such a simple question. Why even bother having an email account if you're not going to reply to customers? Again though, this thread was meant to reach out to CP-E, I really am not looking for opinions on how I should go about contacting them. Thanks anyways though. EDIT: Have a few minutes to call them right now anddddd... they didn't answer.
