| Not Ranked : 0 score I'm sure that will be an extra charge to the customer as well. Pending getting the part warrantied which I'm sure the dealer won't do with the pump not installed in the car and odds being if they did a replacement wouldn't make it to you then CP-e within the deadline after all of the testing on both pumps so you can kiss that deposit goodbye.

| Not Ranked : 0 score And this is why I will never give you my money because of shit like this... there's people that have been running internal setups for thousands of miles and still going strong. If you have attention to detail for the installation, you're golden. The failure rates have been due to operator error. Just like your prices, you guys are ridiculous.

| Not Ranked : 0 score This is taken from their site...
The part that cracks me up about this product...it's our own fucking pumps with their internals in it and they are charging a rediculous amount because people "think" they are getting a brand new pump. Well, you are not...you are getting someone else's used pump that has been refurbished with CP-E's internals. Oh, and if your core fails...you are out $395.00. So yes, your "new" pump just cost you $1k+. LMFAO, what a rip off! What's to stop CP-E from saying your pump failed, charge you the $395.00, and keeping said failed pump because they can fix it and sell it as a "New" pump?!?!?

| Not Ranked : 0 score I got no PMs about it.. I dont think we got any emails about it. We have our lunch here a from 1-2pm - most likely phones will not be answered or may have been on another call. Forum threads are not a primary form of communication for us. Wording was changed and added to better define the terms to address the concerns.

| Not Ranked : 0 score At what point does his issue become a concern to you? When does your supperior customer service kick in and realize that someone has been waiting since november for a refund that he is owed and not only does he not have his money but he can't even get an answer or a returned phone call? Come on cp-e, you are better than this. Handle this shit or you WILL lose customers.. Its that simple. You could at least act like you care about our business.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Real question is.. what have YOU personally done in response to the OP original post on Feb 6th asking where his refund is? Why hasn't his situation become a priority? At what point do you as a company start to figure out that someone is getting screwed.. And that you need to take care of it. I have supported cp-e since buying my car as you can see in my sig. The OP is a friend of mine and i hate to see anyone get mis treated by a vendor that i fully support let alone a good friend. I guess i just expected more from you guys to actually take some initiative to resolve someones long outstanding issue. That $395 core charge may not be a lot of money to you guys, but that can be a matter of people not being able to pay bills that can lead to far worse situations. Something like that should be handled with the utmost respect for the customer and with some sense of urgency.. Am i right?

I have PMed him for info, as we do not track forum names in our databases and address it. There are times where someone calls us, gets a busy signal and goes on forums and sais they couldnt get in touch. I guarantee you we get back to people, respond to email and so on. On average its about 2 weeks for us to process core refunds. Now all that is if its bought DIRECTLY from us. If bought from a vendor, sometimes vendors process those in batches and it could take a month or so for us to get a core from them - at that point its the vendor responsible for stretching the time by not forwarding the cores immediately.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score To be clear I sent 2 emails to cp-e, One dated 11/29/10 and the other 1/2/11. The problem is I am not 100% sure my pump was received by cp-e, My tracking number shows that the item was not delivered but in transit to detestation still. That was 4+ months ago. This hole time I have been trying to have cp-e check and see if my pump was received or not so I can go from there. I contacted USPS about the matter and I am waiting for a response from them.
