| Not Ranked : 0 score @phate; why not try something like this? It is a bit more involved with our mounts but doable, I think, and you can control exactly how hard you want your insert to be.

| Not Ranked : 0 score It's sad to hear that this happened to you. Like a member mentioned here, why do companies have to wait until they are bashed on the forum or on a social network, to start taking responsibility for there actions. I've always had the impression that they make great products but there customer service is thumbs down even at pre-sales. I was going to purchase a TMIC from them but after a while trying to contact them and leaving them a message, it was like more than 2 weeks or so before I was able to get an answer. Hopefully all the responsible personnel have got there act together to straighten out these issues because on the long run, the company it's going to get affected and it's a shame that a company with the potential of CP-E, looses it's credibility.

So looking from my experience with them, I find it remarkable these things happen and that one has to involve social media / internet to get their attention.

| Neutral : +2 score If Josh adams is still in charge at CP-e than things will never change every time I had a warranty issue he was the one behind fighting all of my warranty claims, the beginning of the conversation always ALWAYS starts with why they dont HAVE to warranty my parts or find a reason why my application of the part was the cause of failure and an hour later they finally agree to fix it while charging me money on something that is supposed to be lifetime warranty. Josh even went as far as to try and bring me into the fold as a sponsored car which would normally make me tickle but as much as they charge for parts vs the actual performance of the parts and the support I would not trust them to tune my car. at that time it was still CPE standback and Mr Adams was throwing every excuse in the book why the standback is not working correctly and its because I dont have this or that or this flash or that part and that the Standback is the PRIME tuning solutions and then slightly down the road standback is a paper weight and the same Cobb AP they blamed my FP failure on or injector seals on they are pushing those now and no body even knows what a standback is anymore. I blacklisted their over priced products a long time ago, i mean for fuck sakes 350$ for a fucking CAI that costs them no more than 60-80$ to make in parts and I only bring this up because they fought this pour guy about replacing his vibration isolator a 3$ part CPE was not willing to replace it. All this fine print they pull out their ass when it comes time to warranty anything. ./rant |

| Not Ranked : 0 score saying that one guy that is no longer there from way ass long ago is hardly grounds to defend the whole company as the issues here are not related I could fucking stand here right now and say the same shit about Mark Scallan who was the best person for street unit and took care of me 100's of times and did more things for me than I can keep track of, do you think If i start supporting Sure or street unit because of Mark people just gonna "Get off my lawn"? PFFT please.... after Mark left the company went to shit and all the nice things I used to say about street unit ... never again... this is the exact same scenario. at least when Mark was there any issues that would be were taken care of without question, all warranty issues without question, upgraded and free shipping it was countless |

| Not Ranked : 0 score They salt the roads where you live? That mount is hammered. I recently replaced my diff and fortunately my year old CPE rear diff mount looks good. Aside from the roll pin backing out like yours did in the photo. Thankfully no rust issues here in Cali. I'll be keeping an eye on it now though.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Received the CPE mount back from warranty work. New bushings (the same ones...again...), new paint, but they forgot to put the emblem back on. Luckily, I got the real fix a few weeks ago: Spare bushings, too.
