Default Not enough boost

Hey guys, so right now I'm running the Stage 1 + CS + TIH + IC 93 map, but my dyno numbers seem to be way off. Attached is a log in 3rd gear, and as usual the numbers are way too high. Any idea what's going on? While the weight is probably still a little off after I adjusted it, I don't think it's too far from accurate.

Mods are CS intake + TIH, SU TMIC, magnaflow CBE, autotech internals.

AP dyno numbers are not accurate. If there is an issue that you'd like diagnosed post a 3rd or 4th gear WOT datalog with the following logged parameters:

Accel. Pedal Pos.
Actual AFR
Boost
Boosted Air Temp
Calculated Load
Coolant Temp
Engine Speed (RPM)
HPFP Actual Pressure
Injector Duty Cycle
Intake Temp
Intake Valve Adv.
Knock Retard
Long Term FT (LTFT)
MAF Voltage
Mass Airflow
Spark Advance
Throttle Position
Vehicle Speed
Wastegate Duty Cycle

Thanks Lex good to know, I was just surprised they were so far off. Anyway yes I did mean to attach datalogs to that last post I just forgot. Here's 2 of them going WOT in 3rd gear. Can't get my boost >15.05 for some reason...This map's supposed to get ~17. Btw I'm going to get a custom tune from your company as soon as I install downpipe.

While the target is 17psi the OTS maps are fairly inflexible in terms of achieving exact targets on cars with varying modifications. Your wastegate duty cycle stays low indicating the tune is not trying too hard to get to 17psi.

That is a much cleaner log, however you failed to go WOT. If you look at Accel Pedal Position you maxed at 81%, it should be 99 - 100% for most of the log.

Stand on that pedal!

Somebody needs to learn how to take a proper WOT log.

You also really need to log the parameters Lex suggested.

Help us, help you.

agent orange, you're right on the parameters. I thought they were the same ones the AP normally logs but on closer inspection a few are left out. Otherwise what's wrong with how I took the log? This is exactly how Cobb told me to do it when I asked them about a month ago. let me know, and I'll get it right for next time..

Thanks Lex, didnt' realize there'd be so much variation between different mods of the same parts. Guess I'll get that tune sooner rather than later.

4th gear logs are preferable, they are more difficult to capture but will yield a larger data sample. To take an ideal log you should find a flat, straight, and LEO free stretch of road, settle into 4th gear @ 2500 RPM, start logging, then mash the pedal to the floor until you reach redline, let off and stop logging. Like I said, this will give you a lot more data-points making the log more concise in addition to being able to see the car transition to open loop, see how it's managing load etc.

In the second log you posted you can see that your at almost 15 psi when the log starts, denying us the spool up. You could be spiking boost and not even know it.

Thanks good to know, I tried taking a 4th gear one as you said, but couldn't get enough open road unfortunately. Took another 3rd gear one, not perfect but much better than the last with regard to what you said
