It looks really good in the light. I'm still trying to decide between the bronze or gold like Cobb's MS3.

how terrible is the ride quality with your set up? im thinking of going to 235/40's as well, but wanted to see how rough your ride is.... did you have to do a bunch of shit to deal with your camber and toe etc with your h & r springs/koni yellow combo? love the look of your car.... might be ripping you off with what i end up getting but as soon as i saw what you had, i knew that was what i wanted!

the ride is not terrible at all, I have my konis set half way between soft/stiff. its a better ride than any set of coilovers. On bumpy roads, you'll feel it, but on smooth roads you feel like your floating.

my camber/toe/caster are all stock, i'm too low to get an alignment anywhere around me, so in the spring i need to remove my bumper and get it aligned...my steering wheel is slightly cocked to the left and there is noticable camber, but i have nitto neogens, and they have super stiff sidewalls and, in fact, are made for lowered vehicles with aggressive camber.

its a great DD setup and also a great auto-x setup. H&R + KONI yellow = no brainer

did you have the springs on with the stock shocks or go straight to Konis?

i have neogens and really like the way they feel. (maybe the best looking tires I've owned)

yes i did springs first, then shocks about 2 months later...a lot less bouncy, and when you hit bumps its a solid hit instead of a bouncy feel. ya, the last 3 sets of tires i've bought have been neogens. they are great in rain/snow, they have great grip on dry and the stiff sidewalls help a lot with auto-x. they aren't too expensive and last...probably one of the most under-estimated tires out there!

I like em! Much better then the "blacked out" look i think.

Was it expensive to get them powder coated?

Add some mud flaps and that thing will look more badass!

Thank you, i do like black rims on black cars. Everything blends in too much, needs to have some contrast. Cost wasn't to bad, had a local shop do it. They charged 90 a wheel to PC with a extra coat of clear for protection.

Yea i'm not too worry about them gettng two dirty. I'll only be using this rims 3-4 months out of the year.

The finish is pretty smooth so unless i let it set there for a month or two shouldn't be to bad cleaning off once a week.
