AEM High Output IGBT Inductive "Smart" Coil

I have noticed you have added these gizmos into your mazdaspeed6 section... always looking for some solution to fix the electronics issues in these cars I am intrigued, but in the same section you have the Oakada projects lift system, which i have never heard of anyone using on these cars, not to mention that even if it works(since its universal) that it provides any real benefit? I recall you used to carry HKS twinspark CDI boxes, those I know work on the ms6, but these new products I just dunno...
did you guys actually test these? or is it a generic product you added based on the fact that "it should theoretically work?"

none of these coils will work. our coils have built in ignitors which you would need to replicate with another similar coil.

thanks for clearing that up, i thought so, some of the stuff I see on the MAP site, i don't see being sold anywhere else, and every time I look into it, its usually because its a unresearched generic item, that wouldn't ever work on a ms6

why do they do this? it's only going to get them bad reviews in the end + unhappy customers

Hey guys thanks for the input. I am actually currently trying to re vamp the Mazdaspeed section on our site to try and get some of these generic items out of the section that will not work.
