AP unable to do datalog

I am able to download new maps, install them and run them just fine through ATR. But when I try to data log (everything from the car seems to go fine) and go home to plug it up. The log either doesn't exist or does exist but will not transfer and continues to fail the transfer every time.

Any advice?

In access manager there should be a little box above your maps click on that and choose data logs. That may be your problem.

Thanks for the reply, but I am aware of the drop down for the datalogs. As previously mentioned sometimes the logs show on the list but then fail to export to my pc and most of the time the datalog won't even show on the list.

When you take the log do you still have numbers on the screen or is it just lines with a grey not logging icon in the corner?

Open the data logging option, gives me the warning screen to hit OK to start and cancel or ok to end logging. Hit ok and it opens the live data list and after a few seconds it defaults to the first available parameter. It then says "Logging"

...you are not logging unless you press the center button while viewing the parameter. The screen should say"not logging"at the point you get to.

I fail. I still had trouble transferring logs. When I get home I will re attempt.
