Thumbs up Cobb ATR MSF Edition for 64 Bit Users
As always, we strive to help our members here at MSF. The newest edition to our 64 bit brotherhood support is the new Cobb ATR/AP MGR/AP Updated utilties all in one. Since Cobb hasn't bothered to write a compatible USB driver for 64 bit users or Macoids, i have taken the liberty to provide this resource for you.

Installed within my image is the USB Drivers, working... USB to Dongle Drivers, updated and working, uninstalled copy of ATR ( you need to install this with your AP connected for licensing purposes ) but the file is sitting on the desktop. Just connect your AP and lauch the file to install. Also there is a slab of utilities built into the image.Installation is further eased by this new edition.

I suggest downloading VM Player 2.5.1 from here. Afterwords, install it. Mac guys will need to obtain VMware Fusion to run this. However, i suggest just installing Windows XP, this way you dont have to bother with the VM and natively, you can do this same exact thing without having to do an addtional step.


The RAR files are self extracting this time around. Launch the first file with the .EXE extension. Point it to your My document folder where your Virtual Machines reside or wherever you decide to extract the files. Point VM Player to that folder and launch your VM.

i just dont understand what the fuk im supposed to do. do i need to have atr installed already and then DL all 8 files??? im lost. each file is liek 97 MEG

This does not wor for me. I get this error message when trying ro install the ATR



Do you know whats wrong?

It looks like its the Cali version and I have a fed. AP or something like that. I really need this to work for me if at all possible

ATR has been updated, so use the VM i made, login to cobb, get your downlink and install it from the VM. It will work after that, just make sure all the drivers get over written when you install. Dongle, AP, etc.

Yes it works for me and my 64 vista. I noticed that on the COBB forum they are beta testing a fix for this but it did not work for me.

Neither, those are Linux packages.. download the exe for windows. This might be moot though, sounds like Cobb's new 64 bit software may be working for everyone?

Just a heads up, VMWare is up to v3.0 now. I am still going to try this since my laptop won't run XP Mode in Win7 since it doesn't have hardware virtualization built in. Also, the 64-bit tools from Cobb didn't work right in Vista, and I haven't tried them in Win7, but I'm not holding my breath.

Are files 3,4,8 still good? I'm having trouble downloading them, brings up a weird page and if I right click save as, it is a txt file.

I wanted the files because I finally started using my Dashhawk. I installed the software on the CD, v2.0.3 but of course the USB driver doesn't work on Windows 10. So I wanted to use the Windows 'emulators' that already have the driver installed. But... Maybe I should just divorce my AP and use it instead
