Default Alignment & Ride Height Concerns After Collision

Got into an accident in my 12 speed3 little over a month ago. Driver turned onto the road I was on and mid turn changed lanes at which point I had to slam on my brakes (which didnt help) Hit against my driver side and shoved me against the curb. Unfortunately the cop didnt write any tickets as our descriptions of the accident were very similar but had differences and there were no witnesses aside from my brother. I've gotten my car back and installed the new wheels and tires, had one of the techs at my shop do the alignment (which while driving seems perfect, though I didnt get a print out showing that everything was "in the green.") There seems to be a difference in ride height from one side of the car to the other, and the driver rear wheel looks like it sits out further at the top than the passenger side (driver side also rubs worse when I hit bumps with either speed or weight in the rear.) I put it back on the alignment rack and measured caster 4 times before retrieving the tech that did the alignment. Half in spec half out, tow is spot on except for when scanned on the rack and camber is all off but the car of course doesnt have any camber adjustments. I still need to go back to the body shop monday for more repairs and will go over it with their employees, but what can I do to address the problem if the frame was not damaged? I wouldn't be against replacing ALL of the suspension components except I dont have the money to do so. This is my first newer car that I've ever purchased and I just want it to be correct again.

This is an old post, but I think you should've put in an insurance claim.

Did you ever get this sorted out?

It was "sorted out" after a while, my insurance ended up paying for my repairs, and his insurance paid for his thanks to the poorly documented police report. Unfortunately the body shop I took it to did a poor job with the work resulting in me pointing out every flaw every time I came to pick up the car (around 5-6 times,) and its still not 100%. paint has fish eyes all over it, missing some plastic clips, others are broken or replaced with crap clips making things not sit tightly or correctly. I just got the transmission replaced under warranty (with a 60k mile used unit :/ ) and now Ive had to use up all my paypal credit to replace my struts and get some adjustable sway bars and adjustable endlinks to try and avoid any future damage to tires. I'm currently running 255/40R18s and only rub plastic in front and was cutting the tires on the quarters in the rear partly due to tire size and the fact that my rear shocks are weak, already got the rear quarters rolled though I need to get them tweaked a little more. There are a few more items I would like to get to fix up/upgrade the car but I cant afford anything else for a good while. Positive note, Yokohama Advan Sport A/S tires wear very nicely, at least 1 1/2 oil changes in and still a lot of tread on only spirited driving with minimal burn outs.
