Default both srs lights staying on, code 16

Went to pick a few things from the store after getting an alignment yesterday,
I had a light bag is the passanger seat, and the pass air bag off light comes on like every
Other time I put something in the seat, I noticed a few minutes later that the driver air bag light was flashing.
I looked for a code sheet but did not find one.
Now both lights stay on.
I believe its code 16, one flash. Hard pause and six rapid flashes.
I moved the seat, checked connectors underneath, sat in the seat.
I tried to clear the codes with the a.p. and by pulling battery terminals.
I have read that pep experience this with low battery voltage.
A.p. is showing me at 13.5. Down from my usual 14.1 or so.
Any suggestions appreciated, and yes I did search.
I know all arrows in most of those threads point to dealership service

I just stopped by a friend of mines shop and borrowed his snap on scan tool.
I get a code for contaminated sensor on the pass side. And another one basically stating the weight sensor needs to be re calibrated.
uMy question now is about my mods and going to the dealer,
Sri,tih, bov. And ap are my mods.
I know to.unplug and leave the a.p. at home. The bov I can swap out in 15 min
Will they heckle me our the.intake and.sri? Im sure it depends a bit on the tec

Digging up a real old thread... did you get this fixed? My 2012 Gen2 is having this problem... flashing code 16 and scan tool says B229A Occupant Classification Sensor Contamination.
