step 1: KEY ON ENGINE OFF, check fuel pressure on the AP. this will tell us if the in tank pump is doing its job, for the most part. step 2: start car and check pressure. this will tell us if the HPFP is doing its job. step 3: turn engine off, then turn ignition back on. the high pressure relief valve should maintain the higher pressure. if it doesnt, you are losing your relief valve.
