(Thread Starter) |   Neutral : +1 score  Thanks Ultimate Racing!!! So, to make a long story short, the wife bought me a UR CBE for my birthday/christmas during the Edge black friday sale. Fast forward, I go to UPS to pick up the shipment, and they decided to charge me a brokerage fee of 38.85. This, being unexpected, wound up being a pain, and my wife felt guilty that it had to be paid since it kind of negated the black friday sale.... fast forward again...Ultimate Racing sent me a check to cover the brokerage fees since it was an unexpected cost. Couldn't be happier with the customer service they have provided or the product they delivered. Bravo to you guys, can't wait to get my UR DP/TP to complete the full turboback!!!!!!!!!!!!!! skeeter149 and Standsideways like this.
