So, has anyone had issues with the fuel rail cover bolts not lining up correctly after installing TIGs? @jbarone;

Did you loosen the cover like indicated in the instructions? Should not be an issue.

The cover had been completely removed, but after breaking the torque on all of the other bolts and fucking with the egr tube, everything went back together without issue.

About to order a IM tig for my new manifold. No one has posted about running more than one Tig except JRB himself, any leaks between the 2 gaskets? ATR graphs?

Also, I had to replace my HPRV about 2 weeks ago, and I've been crusing around without my fuel rail cover any harm doing that?

If we stack more than 2 gaskets, we just tighten to spec as normal correct?

Yes.

More than 2 may require longer hardware.

I'm about to install these on my ms6 after cleaning my valves. My question once you get to torqueing the bolts down, do you just torque them 1-2-3-4-5, or do they need to be done 3-2-4-1-5, or does it just really not matter in this case?

Please see the install instructions in the support section of our website. The sequence can be found there.

Thanks,
Jamie

I did look at them, that's why I was asking. I'm so used to being told to start from the center and work out that I just wanted to make sure I wasn't misreading it.

Got my TB Coolant Bypass installed along with the TB gasket. Install was easy after i was able to get the extremely difficult to reach worm clamp off the TB boost tube.
