Default JBR motor mounts are the shit!!

just got my pmm in the mail and went straight to the shop, had it installed in about a hour. i had a striped bolt i had to mess with. i have a 88 rear mount and now this 80 pmm and what a differecne it makes, yes there are some increased vibs but i bet after the first 1k they will settle down but as far as driving its so night and day compared to stock. it makes shifting so nice when i was on the stock motor mount i would always take a sec between shifts to keep it smooth but i dont have to do that anymore. i am very happy with this mount and if you havent done this yet what are you waiting forrrr!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to bump this thread because I just got mine and I feel like they're already broken in. My car feels just like the cars of other nator members that have had them on a while longer. I had a worse break in time with the 70 duro billet.

The vibrations don't bother me one bit, they're very subtle, it's not like rattling or rumbling. There is a significant amount more of a cabin noise, but again doesn't bother me. In fact I'd say people have played them up. I feel way more in tune with the car now. I think if something were wrong under the hood I would notice it sooner. Plus the engine is solid, it used to rock back and forth on me under even the smallest amount of torque.

These are a must have if you're going to mod your car at all in my opinion.
