| Not Ranked : 0 score I read the install PDF on your site for MS6 & there were some steps in there removing the battery & putting spacers & new bolts in there yet I saw no mention of this stuff on your product page for the stage 1 SSP & weight. Can you elaborate? |

| Not Ranked : 0 score received my black SSP within 9 days after placing the order, ordered at edge, but the product is from JBR, and must say it looks very nice, everything is there and looks nice. Next up.... installation and having fun shifting short ![]() -edit- Installed the SSP today, i have a short intake so i only had to remove the air filter, all in all it was a 5 minute job including getting the toolbox and putting it back in the garage ![]() I put the SSP in the middle of the hole, what is said to be ~30% shorter trow. It feels like a real improvement, nice short shift, not too short, and not to heavy to shift. I am very satisfied, and would certainly recommend this product to others

| Not Ranked : 0 score Quick question: I've had my shift plate for a couple months. I adjusted the linkage as instructed in the video. It seems no matter what I do, shifting into 5th isnt as smooth as the other gears, and to go into 6th i have to slam it down. Would playing more with the linkage fix this? Also occasionally, although rarely, 2nd locks out (usually only happens when downshifting). Should I keep playing around more with the linkage adjustment, or is the harder shifting just a result of the shift plate?

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Sorry I missed that it your sig. Try backing the throw off a bit if you ahve it all the shortest. And yes, some more adjusting should get it right. |

| Not Ranked : 0 score It's currently at the midpoint. Ok so any shorter would only make it "worse" or with the right adjustment it'll go away?

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score once it's adjusted properly you should be able to go to the shortest. 5th and 6th will take a bit more effort but it shouldn't be difficult to get in to gear. |
