The passenger mount (not shown) will be available in 70 & 80 durometers. The transmission mount (shown above) is available in 70 and 80 durometer.

The price will be great just like everything else we sell. The Trans mount will be available in about a month and the passenger mount will be soon to follow.

Special thanks to @superskaterxes; for all your help and input. Anthony will also be putting the mounts thru their paces.

you would be an idiot not to cancel your SURE S6 mount order and go with these. SURE has a 15% restocking fee even on unopened items and their bushings have been failing after 10k miles.


i also love the double welded seam's on this mount. def plenty of overkill in the design as well which makes me feel comfortable putting this on my car. the one piece construction also makes it awesome so your not relying on some shitty bolts to hold it together =D

With all the stupid excuses for the sure s6 pmm group buy, I think JBR is in for a lot of customers. People don't realize how much insight is on this forum and how they can benefit from different perspectives on how to develop a product.

Damn, 88 duro only on the trans mount... What was the reasoning for not offering 70? From personal experience, I can say that an 88 duro trans mount was a bit much for my daily. I experienced quite a bit of drivetrain vibration & resonance over 75mph cruising, and the transmission noise is a bit much in the winter when the car is cold.

Would a 70 duro even work, or is it just too soft to be reliable in that spot?

Also, I am a pussy, so I'll just put that out there.

I believe people were breaking them with the 70 duro from other mfgs. I wouldn't want something that stiff either though. I don't see how the stock one works but a 70 duro fails.

I have a set of AWR mounts all three with 88 duro. Honestly the vibes arent that bad.

I wish I would of known these were coming. I would of waited instead of going with AWR.

probably for the same reason awr doesn't recommend getting the 70 for the trans. on the 6 it'll get torn up.

I've got 88 duro AWR PMM and Trans mount, with the less stiff CPE RMM (60 duro or something?).

If you think NVH is going to be subtle, thing again. Don't listen to anybody who says it, "isn't bad". It'll rattle fillings out of your mouth. It can be tolerated, but it isn't for everybody, and maybe not the best for a DD.

We have another guy in nj @Karmat; who said the same thing. He has the AWR pmm and tmm with a SURE rmm and his vibes are worse than mine. It may be the less stiff rmm giving you the bad vibes.

No, some interjection is needed here. Because some people are going to buy an 88 duro PMM and trans mount thinking they won't get much added NVH, when that isn't the case. If you can handle vibes, that's great. I didn't say I don't appreciate my setup. I'm simply offering a realistic assessment, as opposed to "it isn't bad," or "you're a pussy."
