Default PSMM NOISE?
Just installed the PSMM and was wondering, is excessive cabin noise normal? Video attached

I wouldn't call it excessive but yeah you're gonna hear the valve train quite clearly in the cabin. The mount settles in nicely after about 1500 miles. It's all part of stiffening up the motor.

i was upset when my noises and vibes subsided


still sounds awesome though...sounds like louder exhaust. makes it difficult to tell what kind of car is in the rearview. i just assume its an si or gti or something

Just a thought...Did you leave a gap between the mount and chassis like stated in the install instructions?

Yeah I shoved a screwdriver in there for gap

Just found out this morning that i had left it there....Fail
