I recently ordered a JBR 3.5" wide path intake and some of the clamps included were too small to use, but luckily i had a few extras on hand. I figured i should just let them know about the issue for future buyers. I wrote them an email letting them know and included pics of the clamps and setup...I did not ask for replacement clamps or anything. I was very quickly responded to about the issue and will be receiving the correct clamps soon. Their customer service is great and it just goes to show that they do care about their products, customers, and reputation as a good business. Thanks again JBR
