Who Closed: Copious New & Upcoming products from JBR!!

I read all that was going on but I am interested on what JBR will come out with and for us to offer great ideas to them to gain more attention of the community while being competitive and maintaining its high quality standards.

You original thread is closed. I am guessing because of the bullshit criticism going on back and forth. I don't believe that's a good reason to close the thread when the cp-e convo about manifolds is almost 2 pages of cat pics.

Keep in mind that this platform is dead so with each year a new Ford model (RS or ST) and Mazda (3,6, or whatever) is produced, the further JBR gets from our platform. I don't blame JBR or any of our vendors for stopping development because the market for the speeds is dying. We may not think so but from a vendor standpoint it is. So when criticism happens and its seems to come from all angles, its an easy decision for a vendor to just say "and we're done with this". It sucks but that's the nature of the beast.

The CPe thread has been dead for a while in terms of CPe input and participation which is why that turned into a cat competition. Jamie is decently active so he probably shut down whatever thread you were talking about because it turned into something that was not relevant or furthering development. Or lack of cat pictures. Probably lack of cat pictures.

I think UR as well. They might have been gone a while a go but they are still developing on our platform but not on MSF. I remember talking to them about are few new products for genpu but I guess with the competition are bad with CS and their turbo, they back off.

Rallysport Direct recently left. But I can tell you from personal experience, were are a very straight and clean cut vendor here. Never an issue of any sort, well respected on other platforms, too. I bought my Dimple oil drain plug from them.

JBR stated in the other thread they have no intentions of neglecting the platform. With CS releasing things like the turbo and new intercooler kit, I highly doubt they will neglect us either.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. The thread was probably closed because drama isn't good for business. I wouldn't want people determining whether or not they were going to purchase from my company based on band wagon, and biased threads either.

It is depressing thinking about vendors leaving us though, and yea the focus will lean more toward newer platforms eventually. As long as we support them , and stop all the shit talking, I doubt the vendors we all know and love would just cease all production.

TL;DR

Show the vendors love and they will show love back.

I agree but I because we have a good community and the vendors overall can make a good investment with us. A thought of even a vendor focusing on ricer shit or interior and exterior mods outside performance like JTMS3 with the sub inclosures and gauge pods and CS will scoops, spoilers, HIDs, eyelids, and so on.

We're not leaving, we have no intentions of discontinuing any parts that are currently in production and we still have plans to produce new parts for the Speed platforms.

What we're not going to do is allow or partake in any of the BS drama that a several members here like to stir up. Hence why the other thread was closed. Take that to another forum or Facebook or wherever, it's not going to happen here anymore.

May I make a suggestion to those that are tired of seeing the BS, what the BS and drama is doing to the platform and would prefer things get back to how things should be...Stop letting it happen. Step up and shut it down. It's your platform, don't let people shit where you eat.

As far as new products...There are some coming and that's where I'm going to leave it.

Although, I am not into the styling or "ricer" mods they still have their place, and from a business perspective I respect why they are made and sold.

I actually like the fact that corksport makes hood scoops and such. My factory scoop just caught a rock on the hwy, and now has a chip. As soon as I am done with go fast parts, I am gonna add some rice to my plate.

I support any vendor that designs new parts for our platform, and provides good customer service. Call me a nut hugger, but I am looking forward to what JBR and CS have up their sleeves, as well as any other person/company designing new shit for us.
