Good luck with that. Considering the ewg housing of this turbo and the way the flange on the block sits this was the absolute best scenario. Keep in mind the tcase is NOT on in this picture. The tcase sits smack up against the flange on the block nearly. This mock up took about 3 days and many many fittings by trial and error. Most expensive oil return line hands down.
As far as flow, as long as there are no uphill or sags there should be no issue. Oil will continue to flow in the path of least resistance aka down. There are no dips or uphill sections in my line.

Haven't had an issue yet knock on wood.
