(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Help with BT Ok, im looking at getting a 3071R... What do i need as for intake? i have the cobb SRI and RPMCC TIP... Im sure the IP is going to be junked, but is there a way i can buy the ATP IP and make it work with the Cobb SRI? Or will i have to buy the ATP IP and SRI?? If not, whats some ideas of "Custom" work? Thanks guys! Your contributing to another BT member!

| Not Ranked : 0 score The ATP inlet is shit, and it doesnt line up to the stock location where it meets the intake. Get the CPe inlet for big turbo. Here is a pic from when I was installing. ATP.......................... CPE.......................... Stock

| Not Ranked : 0 score intake wont matter, what will matter is your inlet.... u will need either a custom one, a cpe big inlet or an ATP one that has a 4 inch coupler. thats all

Cobb is doing all the tuning, so i will be sure to let them know its not built and needs just a conservative tune until i do build.. one more ?... the kit says it comes with everything to bolt right up... does that mean the Coolant, and oil inlet lines has adapters? or does it just bolt right up? once again thanks!

| Not Ranked : 0 score Moar Pics As far as the kit goes... You should be provided with all the proper stuff (My turbo used mostly stock stuff, just different banjo bolts), I cant remember for sure though. I modified my oil return line. It came with the necessary coolant line.

I want to see the welder to "fix" my hot pipe tapped, so I can get ordering shit and get this thing going. I had the pipe tapped on the left (over the mani) before I bought the DNP on a fluke (brand new, good price from a local friend, so got that and DP). Sooo... with the heat shields gone, my unrestricted boost source tap is hovering over the mani. Gonna have that chopped off and sealed, and retapped on the intake side so it's away from the heat. There's a 75% chance that's where my boost leak is that i still haven[t bothered looking for, lol. EDIT: If I had a garage that leak would've been fixed 2 months ago :/
