(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score If you do this porting..... be 100% certain no shavings fall into the manifold. And i suggest cleanup with a vacuum before putting the turbo back on. But yeah, certainly looks like a lot of material can be taken out. Def a helpful mod.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I measured a T3 turbo here and the flanges are a perfect match so I guess the turbos vary by quite a bit. I'd rather leave the manifold slightly smaller rather than the other way around though. |

| Not Ranked : 0 score None of my fail was related to being bottom mount turbo, so I don't know if it's worth the trouble of switching, haha. If I had not gone Steed t3 already, I would be all over this. Seeing that I can remove the turbo and manifold together and it only takes 20 min to undo the manifold bolts, it's not the worst thing in the world.
