Unexpected shipping refund from Corksport!

Just wanted to give Corksport an awesome shout out for some unexpected money that came back my way. Today I received a check for $5.82 and this letter from Corksport saying they over charged me for shipping. Totally unexpected and most companies would never mail out a refund check for such a small amount. Everyone is trying to nickel and dime you and take advantage of you in many ways and shipping is usually the place it happens. Not sure if anyone else has received a refund from them, regardless this was pretty surprising and I must admit i'm impressed. I've only placed 1 order with Corksport and that was for the radiator shrouds for my gen1.

Thanks a bunch and happy new year! I plan on ordering from you again once your gen1 hood struts are released

I have gotten one of those before for like a dollar and some change, showed me that corksport cares about the customer.

I've gotten one too from @Corksport, and that is why I am pretty loyal to them. I know they will always go above to do what's right. And I appreciate a company that values their customers day in and day out.

I've received one from Corksport as well. The only question remaining is; what shall I buy from them next?

I got one of these before.. I don't think I ever remembered to cash it.. Hopefully that didn't screw up your accounting! If you have an unaccounted $5 and some change it's my fault!

But it's the thought that counts!

don't worry, when someone doesn't cash it, we account for that.. because personally I'm not sure I would make the drive to a bank myself, I'm sure there are others who think that same way as well

Personally, I'd prefer CS points to checks. CorkSport should think about going this route instead. It ensures the money comes back to you in the end!

...and helps out all of us lazy folk.

we do that for our international customers, but if next time that's what you want let me know when you get the check and I'll void it to apply the rewards points
