Already looked at instructions and that hardware is no where to be found, guess they gave me the wrong thing.

Holy fuck did you read it? Do you know what a 55mm long bolt is?
Taken from the instructions from google from the link i sent from the page I said.

Remove the 2 bolts holding the cable mounting bracket to the transmission
with a 12mm socket and socket wrench (6 point socket is recommended)
Caution!! These bolts can be very tight! Take care when removing
them not to damage the shifter cable or anything else in the
surrounding area.
 Insert the 2 provide spacers under the cable mounting bracket as shown
below.
 Apply 1 lock washer 55mm long bolts and re-attach the cable mounting
bracket to the transmission and tighten using a 13mm socket and socket
wrench (6 point socket is recommended)

 Reinstall the battery tray, battery, and battery terminals; positive terminal
first and the negative terminal last.
 Place 1 lock washer on each of the 8mm hex cap bolts, install the counter
weight along with both hex cap bolts and tighten using a 6mm hex wrench.
 Center the shifter cable over the new ball stud mount and push down until
you here it snap in place.
It should now look like this

Sry mr. Orangadick I only read the shifter bushings one because they were attached outside the short shift kit box.

Short shift kit and shifter bushings are two different things.
You said short shift kit and bushings. Obviously they are not bushings are are part of a kit.
I also told you where to look and a link and told you what page they were on and you said " Already looked at instructions and that hardware is no where to be found, guess they gave me the wrong thing." Which tells me that you didn't read anything or take time to look at the link. the instructions also told you where that part goes.

Re-read the opening post. Parts from short-shit kit need a home. Clicked link, bam...parts are for the cable bracket. Done and done. I'm confused why is OP still confused?

He seems like an illiterate fucktard. Someone must of made the account for him. Want's people to read his OP back to him cause he himself doesn't seem to have a fucking clue what it says or what he is actually asking.
It was clearly pointed out to the cock nozzle exactly what the parts were and he was still a clueless cunt about everything.

OP should have been held back in elementary school until he developed some basic reading comprehension skills. Wait . . . no, some idiot administrators thought they were doing "good" by socially promoting him. Now, he's probably out in the work force as a Mazda tech. We're stuck with him and so many more. Shit, guys what are our fucking PC school administrators doing to our country? Rant over.

"No child left behind" was interpreted by the teachers as "if any of your students don't pass, you must be a bad teacher".

It's a very basic mentality on this forum. All you gotta do is say, "sorry everybody. I dun fucked up", offer a few handies, and don't repeatedly fuck up. Then you're golden.
