Default If your going to port something... do it right the first time!!!
I have seen some others port work here lately and all I can say is... wow, just wow.

Here are a few pictures for you guys to look at, more to come as we get the big wheel and more turbine housings in stock.

These are just the compressor disscharge port jobs.

Picture are:

Stock (before work)
After with flash
After with out flash (back light to show you the smoothness of the disscharge)

If your going to spend the time and do it, do it right.

You know it. I have 2 or 3 cores that are near done. I have 2 more on the way for customers and I suspect that list is going to grow. I have to get pricing up here very soon also. End of this coming week and I should have some sort of idea on pricing, thanks guys.

Yes it is and we have figured out how to get that "perfect" finish with the polishing material. It only took 4 years to get it "right". I have been doing aluminum for the last 10 + years and only over the last few months has the finish been getting better and better. I have been changing my technique trying other ways and different porting goodies. It looks like its going to be paying off big time. I have cut back on the amount of time it takes to get to this point by 20% and the finished product is 2 times as smooth as it was before. Who said you couldn't teach an old dog new tricks?

I sent my turbo in without putting a damn thing in the box...lol

My turbo is the one in the atp turbo box, with solgar vitamin trays and syrofoam top and bottom.. It came fedex from greensboro nc

Im a dork... just kidding I got your pm a moment ago confirming youd received "my" turbo.. Sorry to make it difficult for you!!

Not a problem, when it showed up I looked at the address. The NC gave away who it was from. Normally I send them back but I kind of knew what was going on with this one. Good thing I opened it because if I hadn't and the office gal had you might be getting your turbo back right about now. Thanks again and we should be able to take care of 311 when the track opens over there.
