(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score know I'm gonna get bash so flame suit ON Anyways let's start with my background I've owned an ms3 since 2015, Blew up the engine, rebuild bottom end with wiseco/Manley h beam, Then blew up the head so built the valve train. Went 28psi in my 6062 then boom there goes my rock auto oil pump, that's back 2017 Now 2018 New build cp piston/Manley I beams, sleeeved block.... and so on, (still waiting for the CA625+) Then bought cx7 and slap the engine on my ms3 just to make it move..... Fast forward, I saw a Craigslist deal $1000 for ms (broken headgasket) 114,000 miles Well.... I accidentally bought it. Was hoping it was blown but did a compression it's 90-50-30-30 Was getting ready to tear it down till I notince ALL COILPACKS ARE MELTED!!! and then cylinder 3 injector melted in the crow foot, never seen that yet, Now with me changing just the coils and injector, I installed AP and flash it to stock It have a Cobb intake/inlet Some random greddy turbo timer And A MESSY WIRING VIPER ALARM!!! Any this is my current problem Car won't start, I talk to Aaron and Maisonvi and already did most of the tips they gave me thank you very much, What I did so far Change crank sensor Cam sensor HPFP Cylinder 3 injector Checked the wirings for injectors by wiggling it -Check lower harness for continuity passed -Check coil pack harness continuity passed -Check ground by hpfp and direct a jumper cable ground to it -removed the alarm viper, boost gauge, turbo timer, reconnected wires that are cut from previous alarm install. THERES A SPARK A POWERFUL ONE it hurts to be honest I thought the injectors won't fire but I'm not sure since I can start smelling gas from muffler but I tried using starter fluid directly to sparkplugs, well don't know if it fires but when I check my brand new ngk 6510 it have markings that it did fire (black carbon stuff) Tho even without the starting fluid they are bone dry.... Currently no codes in my AP ![]() Won't start even with maf disconnected, rather won't even fire up just cranks and cranks Last edited by eroler1; 08-17-2019 at 01:12 PM. |

| Not Ranked : 0 score have you done a LEAK test? this will tell you where he low compression is coming from... I am suspecting the injector seals have failed this not giving you enough compression to fire... also let all the coolant out of the car so there is NO COOLANT in the car at all. This is ok as you just want to see it start. If the headgasket is the problem if might be sending coolant in teh combustion chamber and is mixing with the fuel.. wait before you let all the fluid out of the coolant. TEST this.... make sure the system is filled to the max with nothing but adding water. Leave the radiator cap off and try and crank the car over and see if the fluid doesnt shoot out of the radiator. If it does shoot out then this might be answer to the first test.... let me know

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Thank you for the reply man, I will let you know, I never did leak down test yet but I will try later, the piston inside it one dry whenever I check it tho no matter how much I crank it, that's the reason why I suspected the injector not firing since I would be expecting it to flood the engine when I crank it like 50x |
