Mazdaspeed trans

Hey guys sorry if this is a repeat but i couldnt find the info in other threads. I have a 07 MS3 and 5th gear went out. I have the trans apart and need some parts. Bearings, seals, and the plastic sliders on the forks inside. I havent been able to find them anywhere and the mazda dealer said they are not authorized to sell mazdaspeed parts, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was thinking the same thing... Then again my local dealer won't sell parts without a VIN to my buddy but sells to me so who the hell knows

Idk man I called mt local mazda dealer because i couldnt find what I needed for the A26M-R trans and they told me that their are exclusice Mazdaspeed dealers and regular mazda dealers are not able to get parts or do warranty work (mine is not under warranty anyway).

Thanks everyone for the help, I'll be spending the day tomorrow check all these other sources hopefully everything pans out. It wouldnt stay in 5th gear but when i tore it down the sliders on the forks look to be the culprit everything else besides the brass rings look good

Did you ask them for contact information for a Mazdaspeed dealer? I tried contacting that dealer? I do know not all dealers are speed dealers, which means they won't even have a speed tech on site.

Of course but he was no help he had no info basically told me to google it. I was looking aftermarket first because im sure if i have to go to a speed dealer its really going to hurt my pocket

Sounds like your local dealer is about as shitty as mine. Our tranny is actually very solid, OEM parts for it aren't a bad thing. However those upgraded forks and pads are sex
