Default Melted plastic ??

Has anyone powdercoated their IM with the VTCS shaft, and hence, the white plastic solenoid actuator tab in place?? The powder I have is OKish down to 380, but that white piece looks like a melty melt

To remove it, it appears that the whole shaft, and thus flappers, need to be removed.

I wanted to keep vcts, DD, and thus not in my way at my power target, but don't want to reinstall the screws. some things are best left alone

Thoughts???
