| Not Ranked : 0 score Gwatney Mazda of Jackson 531 Vann Drive Jackson, TN 38305 731-660-5055 *sketchy and incompetent GF just bought a used Chevy Cruze sold *as is* but opted to buy the extended warranty. Car had a check engine light on. They told her it was nothing serious and just needed to be cleared out. She took it back a week later to clear the code and have it detailed. A few days later she was told to come pick it up and when she got there they had done neither of these things, only fixed a couple scratches on the body. Over the next week Mazda dealership kept dragging their feet due to the extended warranty not being submitted yet but they wouldn't inform her of that which made things seem even more sketchy. A few days later they said the check engine light would have to be dealt with at the Chevy dealership as they were "unqualified" to fix it, said it would be in the $1000 repair neighborhood. They asked her to drive an hour to the dealership to pick up her car and take it to Chevy, no way that was happening. Almost a week later its finally ready at Chevy. We went to get it, $300 repair, mostly labor, for a brake pedal sensor/something else. Also the car had been lazily detailed by Mazda and tint was scratched off from where they took the price page off the rear window. All in all just terribly disappointing service from a Mazda dealership. |
