Question Order Status??

John,

I originally started a really nasty thread but I really don't want to be that problem customer. Especially when you are still working on my order.

I placed a large order with you and expect more than a couple sentences every 2 weeks. Tried calling, only get to Monica and never get called back. I email, now only Monica emails me back. I PM you on here and never get the responses to the actual questions I ask you. I shipped you my housing like you asked, even included a note in there hoping you would read that instead of my PM's... It's been nearly a week and no response or even an acknowledgement that you received the housing, never mind the note.

I don't want to be that problem customer, but if I knew I would have to chase after you to get a reply back, I would never have placed an order with your company...

You can make the greatest product in the world, but if you have horrible customer service, it doesn't matter.......

I hear ya man, John has a lot on his plate and we definitely pay for it.

Your best bet is to call in the afternoons, between 1 and 5 ps PST.

If you get Monica or Gina, ask them to put John on the phone.

I talked to John last week, and like Alpha said, John is crazy busy.

If you're under a time crunch, let them know you need your parts asap and they'll try to make it happen.

There are 2 numbers listed for John - the shop and the shop cell, try both - although I've always had more luck with the regular shop line.

Be patient, he'll take care of you. Keep trying the phone -

We are sorry that we can not meet your expectations. John is busy in the shop trying to take care of all our customers. I feel that we have done our best to keep you updated on your order; at this time we cannot meet those expectations, so we have issued a refund and sending your turbo back to you.
