Default P0113 after intake clean

I just finished an intake port cleaning and put everything back together (or so I thought). It starts but will die at idle, but will keep running (roughly) if I keep revs above 2k. The code it throws is P0113. Interestingly, at first I had forgotten to plug in the MAF sensor, however it seems to run better with that disconnected. I figure I must have forgotten a hose or sensor somewhere, any clue where to start looking?

thanks
mike

Sorry, should have mentioned I had already checked all the obvious. Turns out I had forgotten the little rubber gasket under the inlet manifold vacuum chamber.
