Default Suggestions on WOT KR...

Hey guys,
Now i know everybody says they have searched the forums, but I really think I have.
I've been getting some weird WOT knock retard for a few months now on and off. It usually happens after about 4500 RPM, and never goes higher than 3.8 (highest i have seen). 3rd and 4th gear only, never in 1st or 2nd. Most of the time i notice is when I'm shifting into the next gear (3rd to 4th is clean but then when get back on the gas in 4th KR comes up). Currently I'm looking for some suggestions/opinions on what to try next. Here is what iv'e already tried.

-Added gallon or two of e85, KR persists.
-New plugs correctly gapped to .26.
-tightened up all boost hose clamps.
-No vibration in clutch (No bent rods I hope)
-Re-flashed the stock map on AP, drove like that for a while, KR still there.

2007 Speed 3 ~ 115k miles

If anybody has any suggestions or opinions please throw them out there. I'll try to get some AP logs in here as well.
Thanks!

Have you ever cleaned your intake valves and have you replaced your injector seals yet? Those are also things that may help reduce KR. There is also the possibility of ghost KR.

Intake valve cleaning and injector seals are actually next on the agenda. Mainly looking to see if other people had this issue and what they have done for a remedy. Thanks for the reply!

Got it! I actually cleaned my intake valves and did injector seals at the same time earlier this year and saw some improvements in my datalogs. Kr went down a lot on full throttle pulls in 3rd and 4th gears. Also be sure to do pulls on a flat smooth road. From what I have read on the forums the part throttle and off throttle Kr is somewhat acceptable and may be ghost Kr, but full throttle Kr is no bueno. Good luck sir!

Ya, he added E85 with no change in KR, so it's highly unlikely to be real knock.

High KR at a shift tells me the motor might be rocking around and clunking on something.

engine mount or loose timing chain....My first engine was rising KR between shift or when i was just releasing the pedal after a low boost condition. The chain was hittong the valve cover....rebuilded it and this strange knock vanished. But IT was never there at wot, just when the engine goes from load to compression...

Some also mentionned loose part on the engine or exaust but not sure about how much it can affect the knock readding....exaust heat shield, lose tmic etc...

You can also make a compression test to check engine health prior to look for anything but the engine...

If you check for leaks and you didn't made a test under compressor pressure, you aren't done checking for leaks....

Chain is loose on cold start, but if i let it run for about 10 seconds, and turn it off there is no play whatsoever. So i don't think it's that. Also just changed the rear motor mount about a month ago thinking that was the issue. Torqued everything down to the T from the directions damond sent me, and the KR was still there. Could the PMM be causing this?
Did a few pulls today to try and log and it didn't knock. It's really weird. Weather does not seem to affect it, and its just random. So it very well could be something loose in the bay. Have yet to do a compression test though. So that may be something to do this weekend if I can find some time.
