Default AccessTUNER Race Installer Bug Work Around

Some users have reported issues installing the latest BETA version of AccessTUNER Race. We have identified a bug in our installer. The temporary work around is the following:

1) Uninstall AP
2) Update AP Firmware (this firmware is BETA, you must select update to BETA firmware if you wish to use this update)
3) Install new AccessTUNER RACE
4) Use new ATR to open and re-save any maps you plan to flash to ECU. This puts the new code into the map file.*
5) Install AP to ECU. This puts the new code onto the ECU.

We are currently working on a fix for this bug. This bug is not known to interfere with AccessPORT operation and only affects installation of the new software. Once the new software is installed, simply reinstall your updated AccessPORT and load your updated calibrations.

*All calibrations MUST BE UPDATED if you update your AccessPORT to take advantage of the new boost logging change, otherwise boost will not display correctly.

Note: The boost logging change is backwards compatible, meaning if you use older AccessPORT firmware/AccessTUNER Race software to log boost when using a new map it will work. The Dashhawk will still work as well. However, if you update the AccesPORT Firmware, you MUST update your map and flash it to the ECU.

Please let us know when the bug has been fixed for the installer. Thanks Travis

I went ahead and uninstalled, got the ATR installed, now i am in the process of updating the firmware and loading and re-saving the maps. This work around does work.
