I want to start off by saying that COBB has officially impressed me more than any other type of dealer/manufacturer/producer/everything awesome they do. I have been working on and modifying cars for a little over 10 years now, and I have yet to encounter a company with so many great attributes. Let me explain. I purchased a COBB AP awhile back (among 2 other COBB parts) and recently it was damaged which is probably tied to user mishandling. The damage was to the prongs for the OBD wire harness on the main unit itself. The prongs were bent to the extent of no way of being functional without repair and installation of new parts. I called them and they explained exactly what to do. The customer service was extremely great. Literally above any I have ever encountered. I took their advice and shipped it off along with all required documentation. I got an email when it was received as well as a expected time of repair and shipping back. Within a day, I got a call saying all required repairs were completed and ready to be shipped back and asking for verification of shipping info so that I would be at the location I listed on the day it was expected. It was shipped with quality packaging and arrived on time. I open it up and more was repaired than I expected which has increased the use-ability of the unit. And oh yeah, it was all covered under warranty except my cost for shipping it to them for repair. That was it. For $2.00, I got a better AP then when I first purchased it. I'm blown away. Thank you COBB for standing apart from all the other companies I have ever experienced. Well done and expect I will always recommend you to other tuners.
