Picked up a '99 Nardi Torino Miata with a hair under 140,000 miles. Time to get serious about some autocross and having fun with a car that can actually use it's traction wheels. Planned over the coming next few weeks is: Centric premium rotors Stoptech street performance pads Ford Motorcraft unicorn jizz for the transmission Redline 75w90 for the differential Timing belt Water pump Cam seals Crank seal Valve cover gasket Accessory belts Thermostat Plugs/Wires Spring time will probably be a new top and some Star Spec ZII's for a fresh autocross season in E Street. (Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I had to drive about two hours away for this one after a light search for a few months, but I scored this one for $2800 cash can drove it home. Best part was absolutely zero rust and the same owner from 2001 through early 2014 and meticulously maintained. Forced induction is not on my immediate radar. I've driven a tuned MSM, and while an absolute hoot to drive, I want to leave it naturally aspirated and learn to drive it faster around the corners. If I went to turbo or supercharger, I'm automatically bumped from E Street to Super Street Mod... and no longer competitive.

New timing belt New thermostat New valve cover gasket New crank seal New cam seals New spark plugs New spark plug wires New coolant New Stoptech pads New Centric rotors New rear calipers New all season tires New autocross tires Doing the transmission oil with Ford Motorcraft unicorn jizz, differential oil with Redline MT-90, and engine oil Monday in prep for busting the car's autocross cherry next weekend. It's amazing how much better the car runs and drives with some proper maintenance.
