Cut the mufflers off. sounds much better. Much quieter than my straight pipe but i can at least hear my car now. Recommend the muffler delete to any one who wants to hear the exhaust. Still able to hear the wife and make phone calls while driving.

I have a catless dp and wow the car was quite. with the back 2 mufflers cut out i can kinda hear my car again

so i got the exhaust yesterday and installed it tonight.. drove around for a few minutes, sounds great! getting some rattling so i will have to bend a hanger im sure this weekend.

Hey guys, new to this forum. Just got my CNT Racing CBE installed, nice piece and good quality.

Only thing that is pissing me off immensely is the pipe that comes over the rear suspension its rattling in 2 places, I've tried everything to stop it. Its hitting on a box joice looking thing up top and also hitting down below...

Any thoughts? I've tried bending hangers but the rattle is still there, vibrates the entire car!!!

The tip on the gen 1 exhaust is definately off center. It seems like a lot of people have come across this issue. I just used a zip to the frame, to center the tip. I'm noticing a rattle coming from the second muffler. Initially it was only at low speeds with light throttle. I'm starting to get some rattle when decelerating throughout the rpm range, and its kind of embarssing. ERZ instructed me to pull the muffler out and shake it to see if it rattles to rule out the possibilty of worn hangars causing the rattle. Hopefully ERZ stands behind their product if it is a defective muffler.

I've got a gen2 it's a 2013. I've taken the exhaust off and apart 3x now. It looks to be how that specific pipe was designed and how and where the exhaust hanger was welded onto the piping. I've had the CBE on since the 9th and been under neath the car pulling it apart and modifying things to stop the rattling every night since I put it on... It's extremely frustrating because it is a nice exhaust. Only thing is erz/cnt offer to refund or returns on there product, I knew that when I ordered but was not expecting this much hassel with 1 piece of the exhaust.

I'm getting some rattling also, it happens now and then, basically when I'm turning left sometimes I can feel it vibrate a little heavy. Great exhaust , just need to do a couple more tweaks to get it from rattling!

is this a rattle or a banging on the framed cause by the first hanger from the DP. my over axle piping was hitting part of the frame and i used a "worm drive gear hose clamp" around the rubber hangers to pull the exhaust higher @croxley611 . ill take a pic tomorrow. i had the first hanger cut off and witht he word drive clamps no more vibrations

I'm pretty sure it was one of the last hangers by the muffler.
Past couple days I notice sometimes when I'm turning left/right at low speeds I can hear a rattle coming from the middle of the car.. I'm gonna have to get it looked at

So I took my car into the dealership for check up, mechanic told me the the hangers for the exhaust tips were too short causing the tips to rattle off the bumper. He's gonna see if he can find some longer hangers.. If not ill have too. This exhaust is starting to be a pain in my ass lol.

so end result was, the mechanic gave me 4 wheel weights and suggested i tuck 2 of them into each empty space in other hangers. He believes it would stiffen up the hanger and keep it from flexing. He wasn't aloud to do it because his service manager wouldn't let him. hopefully it works, seems to be a losing battle!

Yea same issue great sounding exhaust once I deleted the resonator . Sounds awesome but I get rattling from midpipe hitting the frame. And I here it on my muffler banging on something everynow and then. It comes and goes. It's little annoying , but when it goes away it sounds like subie

corksport, cobb and other companies have urethane exhaust hangers that stiffens the exhaust preventing them from moving which might solve your rattling problems. corksport charging 54.00 for dual exhaust and 36.00 for single exhaust..thats what i'm getting as soon as i order my cnt cbe.

use some worm drive gear hose clamps around the hangers 5$ vs $50

annoying ass part for me is the damn exhaust is flowing good out of the passenger side but not as good out of the drivers side. SO the pass. side is getting blacker but the driver isnt. Im fixing to spray the fuck out of the tips with some high temp black paint so at least they will look "equal" lol

Well, it's been a few months since I've put it on. Since then I have put on my CP-E downpipe, and man oh man, the DP on our cars our fun to put on lol.

DP install led to another problem with my cnt exhaust, my flange on the mid pipe was about 4" short from connecting to my downpipe, Idk wtf CNT did when they designed it, but now I know why they can sell for so cheat, construction of the exhaust is nice, but holy fuck balls is the fit getting worse. Not to mention it rattles on the rear bumper because of the hanger position.

On a good note though, it sounds beastly as hell with the downpipe on!

got a soound clip? I'm debating on what dp to get with the CNT cbe. I don't want the cnt dp
